Remove a student's phone number

If you would like to remove a student's phone number, you can do so on the student's profile. Please note: Some features will not be available without a valid, US mobile number for students.

1. Navigate to the student's profile.
   
   
2. In the Information section, click Edit to the right of the Phone field.
   
   
   
3. Remove the phone number for the student in the Phone field, and click Save.
   

Please note: Removing a student's phone number will hide any text message responses from that phone number in the Conversations section on the student's profile.
